Pending 337-703 appeal could yield 1 BIL in infringement damages from AAPL and RIMM. It seems highly likely that EK would be awarded hamdsome infringement damages if/when this reaches trial.
Pending DI patent sales.
Pending KISS patent sales.
Pending KIOSK asset sales.
Pending Film/Photo Paper asset sales.
Pending real estate sales; including the potential that EK will sell the Eastman Business Park.
Pending renegotiation of non committed retiree benefits.
Potential of Kodak selling and/or leasing the rights to the EasyShare camera line and/or brand name (set to be discontinued this month; which should attenuate cash bleeding since it is well documented that EK lost money on every digital camera manufactured).
There is also the consistent improvements in NET LOSS over the past few months, and we should also consider recent momentum in EK's print and enterprise solutions that should yield increased sales; also favorably impacting the bottom line.
EK has too much going for them right now for anyone to irresponsibly discount the existing common as worthless.
All IMO.
