I still think you guys may be barking up a dead tree... The poison pill is now just a placebo... How can the company dilute a rogue buyer with dead shares. The shares will only retain value if another plan flies in under the radar. The POR has been approved. The BOD/ EK could care less who owns what % of shares. The shares are no longer an issue of EK....PERIOD.

It's not an issue with the board of directors. It's an issue with the sec. An entity must report to the sec if they own more than five percent within ten days. If the "merger" takes place before the 3rd the owner of more than five would not have to report.
