Anyone been involved with a Class Action Suite before? Is Sept. 3rd the date we need to, or have to wait until we can start something? Anyone know a "GREAT" kick ass law firm that wouldn't hesitate to rip Perez's heart out?

Pearl,
Kodak knows this is coming. They also have to know that it is well merited. I am sorry for those that have been caught in the web of lies and deceit. Gropper did not care about the insider trading stuff. That's a shame. I would not want someone making a mockery of my Courtroom or someone using my Courtroom to further fraud. The Judge(Which Blows my mind) treated the shareholder as if he was the villain? I hope he feels real bad about his actions. If the shareholder wanted to ask these clowns 10,000 questions he should have let him. To act like he did not know where the shareholder was going is even more strange? How about Kodak used bad information, used companies without similar growth rates etc etc? They were comparing apples to oranges? This has no relevance in showing value? They used incorrect Ebitda multiples, and this isn't relevant how? Be that as it may, whoever the shareholder was that stood up to the Judge gets mad respect from me. I mean the guy did his homework, USED KODAK'S numbers and no matter what he said the Judge dismissed it. And he did it in nasty, your wasting my time fashion. Wasting your time? When did Fraud become a waste of time? I am so happy that the shareholder fought for us and that all of this was made part of the record. If Gropper wants to look the other way, that's fine. But for the other Courts to do the same would be just flat wrong. Lord knows the docket is littered with our pleas. The documents will make its way into the right hands. Too many people have worked too hard for them not to. I really hope Blackstone and Co. regrets leaving themselves exposed in the fashion they chose. Hopefully in the end, they will find out that it was a stupid mistake on their part. And the trustee LOL. All this happened on her watch uh (vacation). I hope that everyone has saved proof of their emails to her and Mr. clueless. I think proof is a powerful thing. Everyone was put on notice here. Fraud is fraud. Eventually the truth will come out. I mean it should not take long for Kodak to start realizing profits from Unipixel and patent licensing etc etc. Then they are gonna make money and need the Nols that they told the Court are worthless. This whole thing is a sham. The Judge really went easy on them. I guess it is easier to do with a straight face when the Unsecured give it their blessing. They will make out like bandits on the backend but the Judge apparently cannot see this. Poor creditors 4-5 percent he thinks. Apparently all the hard work fell on deaf ears in Gropper's Courtroom. But hey at least he okayed Perez's getting handsomely awarded for the sinking of the titanic. Bad day for the Justice system.
