Just got an email indicating that doc. 4896 has been posted. Kodak is asking the court to overrule virtually all objections submitted. What a bunch of crap. Judge Gropper can't possibly let them get away with this stuff.

Does it address the insider trading? Mine is not b downloading Matt: for some reason no one and I mean no one has even whispered anything about insider trading......no, the response to the objections doesn't talk about insider trading allegations. Are we all a bunch of fools who only thinks that the back stop parties have done insider trading??? I mean come on SEC/FBI goes after poor small potatoes who have done insider trading to a levels of 1s or 2s millions and not even close to what these a$$holes have done here in regards to kodak debt. Just makes me wonder...

Does it address the insider trading? Mine is not b downloading As others have already posted, no it does not mention insider trading - - unless I missed something. It does however, list in "Annex A" every objection we have submitted - - by name. And, doc. 4895 - agenda for tomorrow - under exhibit B, lists all of our objections - by name - and indicates they will be going forward.
