The Judge told us are experts weren’t experts in the eyes of the court. By doing that he was able to not look at the insider trading records and rule on them. The U.S. Trustee just when along with what ever Kodak attorneys told her and they redacted everything to hid what was going on. The poison pill wasn’t for us it was for them. I’m very upset that the Judge dodged the hard legal question of fraud being committed but he did it very smoothly and covered himself. The Judge wail grant the Trustee motion and stop this POR. They will make adjustments and then get it approved. The Trustee make a smooth move to justify her role to get paid. She doesn’t question the zero-zero values. I don’t what the real deals are with the unsecured but Wal-Mart just cut a deal with them for what they wanted, On and on it goes. Adrian
