Well, maybe Judge Gropper will reject the POR ... you never know we still have 0.00001 chance dm.epiq11.com/KDK/Document/GetDocument/2409464odak Creditors Support Plan of Reorganization 25 minutes ago - DJNF Voting Results Demonstrate Strong and Substantial Support for Company's Plan of Reorganization, Paving Way for Confirmation Hearing ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 15, 2013-- Kodak's creditors have voted in favor of its Plan of Reorganization, and with this positive outcome, the company is well positioned to seek confirmation of its Plan of Reorganization at the confirmation hearing scheduled for August 20 before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. August 20th? if the judge approve the current POR, are we done? Or the Judge also set a time frame like 30 days for other interested parties to submit better POR? How can the judge thinks that this is the best deal with all stakeholders without any other PORs.
The fact that the judge grant exclusivity until Sept 19th scares. he basically block any potential PORs submission after the Sept. 19. We are are done on August 20.. who gives an ass on Sept. 19?
THIS IS A LONG SHOT!!! MAYBE ...just maybe... WISHFULLY thinking
Maybe KB is right all the along. The judge might be alerted in advance a buyout is in order and just need a little more time to hammer out details

Well, maybe Judge Gropper will reject the POR ... you never know we still have 0.00001 chance If the judge plans to reject the current POR, he should approve the EC and get all the assets value propertly.. or He could say that this POR is down right sick. He will remove the pill and open for 3rd parties POR submission. I think he will cover his behind by setting a 30days or timeframe for other PORs. If no other better PORs submitted within 30days, then he will go with this POR.. AGAIN just wishfully thinking that the judge should at least open the door for better POR before approving this shitty one.

The judge is smoking some good reefer and has the munchies for a greasy plan. So greased up these guys, they're giving each other lube jobs in his chambers.
Dam he plays better charades than they do. Nice Memorandum Judge, smoke more AK-47. You've concluded that there is no hidden value, but you know its overseas and can't do anything about it.

guys,
the sad part is that we are down to probably just one last card.
Confirmation hearing Aug. 20.. with the exclusivity running out Sept 19.
We are limited to internal buyout and not even sure if that's possible.
Kevin did you empty your cannon today? down to 10cents
the way that the judge is ruling. He will approve the current shitty POR

He does look to be leaning that way, but lets hope there are some good points brought up at the confirmation hearing.
