I have been doing some thinking the last few days.
It took Matt 3+ emails to get the Trustee to get back to him, and it didn't hit me until today what the guy said.
Something to the effect that he will contact the debtor and see if they think we will get some representation.
Well what do you think the chances are that they will now agree to give us a voice?
Slim and None!
And Slim just left town!
We need to make the SEC aware of the fraud that is being perpetrated against the shareholders- the owners of this company!!
Please post ALL the contacts you have, and EVERYONE please send in your letters!
They need to be aware of ALL the injustices we have been subjected to!!
Please guys, the same people can not keep doing this by themselves, we need everyones help!
If you don't want to be robbed in broad daylight, you must help and contribute!!
We are at the end of this, and we have to keep the pressure on!
We are preparing 2 last documents that will be sent to the judge this week.
1 that appeals directly to him for shareholder representation, and 1 that goes into depth about the value of the patents.

The trustee is a joke. I had to request twice for her to reply to my letter. Totally not doing her job. Since when is the trustee responsible to the creditors committee. The Judge should take her into chambers are a talk with her and her people and ask Ms. Davis what's going on as lead TRUSTEE.

I would strongly suggest you snail mail instead of e-mail. I contacted the SEC via e-mail two times (on matters other than Kodak) a couple years ago and never heard a word from them. PLEASE send them certified return receipt to SEC headquarters 100 F street, NE Washington DC 29549

Anyone on this board live in the DC area, preferably an attorney? Sending letters in a single ship formation may not be as effective as a mass drop.
