Okay here ya go.
I have been thinking about this for the last few days, ever since Pro turned coat to the bonds.
Please correct me if my analysis is wrong.
Here goes.
PRO making his clients buy stock starting in the $5.50 range.
They continue to buy down to .18 cents of so.
The best they can do with their dollar cost average is say $1 or so.
So imagine this.
He makes ALL of them sell their shares in the .20 cents range, and they sell at an .80 cent ps loss!
So lets say the bond holders get .20 cents on the dollar, the rest of the money they are owed gets paid to them in stock in the emergence price per share of $5 to $10 ps. How many shares do they receive? I know this much, a hell of allot LESS then the shares they were holding before they sold at the .80 cent loss ps!
So how does he even make up the huge loss they took when they sold their shares at .20 cents, when their average price per share is .80 cents? lol
Either this is a total wipe for the common, or he is in deep doo doo.
That is why he is pushing for the total wipe, and picks 1 line out of the 10k that gives shareholders warning. Why didn't he ALSO pick the line out of the 10k that I identified last night that let the Unsecured Creditors know they ALSO maybe getting the shaft?!
ANY way you slice this, if it is NOT a total wipe, this guy is done.

There is no point trying to figure that guy out. He is a POOR analyst - just leave it at that. His piss poor analysis is laden with dogmatism and insults, covered in narcissistic ego and then thrown in everyone's face. Believe me I've been through it with him on another issue where he was often 100% wrong, didn't know what he was talking about (remember him trying to pretend he knew more about the printing and tech than Dolphin) but spouted his opinion anyway. He did it in the same manner here - suggesting that anyone who disagreed was a MORON convinced as he was by his own analysis. His problem, like all bad analysts, is that once he has decided what is right he has no ability to give the counter-arguments any weight. I would love to see his "hedging" strategies - I'm pretty sure there aren't any.
One of LittleTulip's posts provides far more education than one gets from 20 posts by "Pro". As a matter of fact Pro is now just parroting the EXACT logic of Kid (and like Kid over and over and over) - only lagging by about six months!

Agreed Hogzilla!
When this is all done, I am going to offer him a deal on Yahoo and see if he takes it.
I am going to build out his own site for free so we can all become members.
And whatever he says to buy we short, and whatever he sells, we buy!
Guaranteed we all make millions!
