There are complex issues with 37 outstanding licensees, but the division sales are most likely NOT part of the auction, because the "363 " sale is ONLY for the patents.
Some of the divisions need a license to some of the DI patents, which add to the complexity.
The division sales will be authorized either thru separate "363" sales or through an approved POR.
I believe that the divisions will be approved through a Plan of Reorg.
WHY?
Despite the protestations of one moronic insect like bond holder, ALL the rest of the creditors want CASH, and not ownership of Kodak's businesses.
The MOST powerful UNsecured creditors being represented on the official committee are the US and UK pensions.
When Kodak shows them plan that pays them off in full, they will NOT oppose.
If the plan will result in payment in FULL in CASH within a few months, then there is NO way the creditors would be even allowed to oppose by Judge Gropper.
Kodak is SELLING the 3 divisions and will be raising cash from the DI patents so the can Pay OFF ALL the creditors in CASH!!!
