Court Docket # 1955, Adjournment of Final Sale Hearing, dated 8/30/12, states the following:
"PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that consistent with the terms of the Conditional Sale Order, the Debtors shall serve a Notice of Final Sale Hearing not later than seven (7) days prior to the Final Sale Hearing."
Thus far, it appears there Notice of Final Sale Hearing has yet to be served, and it also appears evident that there has been no additional adjournments.
Does anyone here believe the Notice of Final Sales Hearing may have been served today, or perhaps tonight, but has yet to be filed with KCCLLC?
I suppose it is also possible that there is no adjournment as Kodak has decided to retain the patents?
What other explanation might there be?

Plausible. It is also possible that EK can simply have the Sept 19th date adjourned to a later date.

Maybe Kcclcc.net got the filing late and had a glitch posting it. It does happen.

Psalm, As I've mentioned previously, there's always the chance that there IS an adjournment since they were late in adjourning the Final Sale Hearing from the 20th to the 30th of August. They filed that docket on August 17. Pretty late, aye?
Is it possible that they've had a sale and have served the final sale notice? Sure. Maybe it hasn't gotten around as of yet. I mean, as you say, to KCCLLC.
All things are still possible at this moment methinks.
GLTA!

Maybe since they are putting additional businesses up for sale, chopping 1,000 more heads, and they've brought in Ms. Hatchet-Lady, they figure selling patents are not as critical... I REALLY miss being out of the rumor-loop....lol

Of course. It could get filed very late tonight and show up tomorrow morning What? Did you actually state that? What happened with the unbending desire to talk about postponements and adjournments?

Plausible. It is also possible that EK can simply have the Sept 19th date adjourned to a later date. Maybe, but the fact that Kodak posted a Notice of Adjournment exactly 7 days prior to scheduled Final Sale Hearing on more than one occasion, I am inclined to believe that this is required. And, the absence of a Notice of Adjournment today, 7 days prior to 9/19, I am also inclined to believe there is no adjournment.

I think Kodak is in the process of weighing ALL options.

I have noticed they file the Notice of Adjournment 7 days prior to scheduled Final Heating and then file a separate docket days later, including the same Notice of Adjournment as an Exhibit, confirming the Notice had been served to all interested parties.

Kodak has to be weighing an entire co sale to Samsung. If samsung takes on kodaks pension liabilities in a takeover they could buy kodak for .25 or less and game over........

Psalm, my argument isn't so much the exact filing date but rather when we longs and whomever get wind of the details. It was Docket 1892 at the top of which details Filed: 8/17/12. But that's neither here nor there. My point is that even if you're right, we may not see the docket for awhile. Also, part of Flashpoint's objection at the time was based upon not getting word from Kodak regarding any final sale notices. Since the expected serving of final sale notices at the time should've been on August 13. Obviously it never happened.

Takeover is not (cannot) going to happen...
Kodak will only agree to be wooed if they get a sweet deal!
