What deadline? You asked yourself initially, if they
'must file extension today' ?
Take note of a previous Final Sale Hearing for August 20...and yet Kodak filed Docket 1892 giving notice of the Adjournment of Final Sale Hearing on August 17 for the new date of August 30th. Remember? It was set for 10 days after the previously set date.
So was the 17th a deadline? Honest question IT.

Im going to say this for the last time Kid.
I really dont understand why you dont get this.
ALL the patents have been given the green light to be sold.
The 8 patents in question, have you even seen the dates these patents were issued to Kodak?
Some were from 1998 or a bit later.
The statute of limitations has clearly run out!
No one who is interested in buying the patents would be scared even a bit by this.
There is NO CHANCE that Apple gets these patents!
You need to stop posting bs without even looking at the facts!

SBG Actually only 2 of the 10 Apple contested patents have been given BK court approval for sales free and clear. The remaining 8 are to be addressed by Judge Gropper this FRI 9/14. That said, the ITC already ruled that Apple and RIM infringed on one of the 1 of the 2 patents that has been given free and clear status. There is a reason why Apple is fighting so hard to gain co ownership status of these 10 contested patents.

The patents may or may not have expired, but that does not preclude the owner thereof from suing for infringements prior to patent expiration.

None are expired.
They were all applied for in like 1998.
Apple waited till like 2010 to say they owned them.
NO ONE is scared of Apple on this!
ANYONE who is in the bidding and wants to buy the patents are aware of this.
Apples case is dead.
NO DOUBT!

""The remaining 8 are to be addressed by Judge Gropper this FRI 9/17.""
Psalm, this Friday is the 14th.
Plus isn't the Summary Judgement to be addressed on 9/19, next Wednesday...the date of the Final Sale Hearing?
From the Judge's calendar: << Adjourned Reset for 09/19/12 at 11:00 am >>

Well!
Not extension filed yesterday.
So, assumption is: Sale finished? Partial Sale?
