is still on Judge Gropper's schedule.
I am definitely not enjoying the "sound of silence", though it sure beats reading about another adjournment.

Is there even a deadline for filing an adjournment?

I assume courts operate on standard business hours ending 5pm. Not positive, though.

"Is there even a deadline for filing an adjournment?"
Presumably before the deadline for announcement, which is presumably 5pm EST today.

""Presumably before the deadline for announcement, which is presumably 5pm EST today."" I'd brought that up after remembering Flashpoint's initial objection over the Final Sale Hearing. They filed it on August 16 just after the (7) day prior to final sale hearing had transpired. Remember? That Final Sale Hearing was set for August 20. www.kccllc.net/documents/1210202/1210202120816000000000005.pdf~~~~~~~~~~~ Following that train of thought, if the same were to happen now then there'd simply be another objection prior to Kodak officially adjourning the Final Sale Hearing date. Follow what I'm saying? I hope I was clear in my explanation...not sure.

Judge Gropper's 9/19 calendar indicates there is an "Objection Filed". Also, the last two adjournments were scanned in to KCCLLC at 5:30 PM and 11:30 AM, respectively. If we do not see an adjournment filed tonight, are we safe to assume a deal is done? That has been my understanding, especially considering Kodak has routinely filed the adjournment notice exactly seven (7) days prior to scheduled date of Final Sale Hearing.

Objection filed for what specifically? Can't be the same as what I'd mentioned regarding Flashpoint originally.
'and the exact time a filing is made and when we actually see it may not be exactly the same. Just sayin'.

Anyhow, this is all merely worry being played out with our words on this mb. We'll know soon enough what gives in my humblest opinion.

This is the same case; it has simply been adjourned, thus carrying over filed objections. This may have had something to do with the delays.
