assuming we have a patent sale, will it be over
A. 1 billion B. 2 billion C. 3 billion D. 4 billion E. 5 billion F. 6 billion or greater
Does kodak keep all patents and do some licensing deals??? Does kodak accept a buyout offer?
Do you expect A. great news B. good news C. bad news

I have a errie feeling that the patent sale will not be finalized until Judge Gropper make a decision on the 8 patents still on guestion.
I am still feeling good about the final outcome of the patent sale though. I can not worry and will just sit/wait until the annoucement of a 2B to 3B patent sale is made...........

whenever people think about their lives, they always remember the bad things first and most vividly.
Instead of giving in to human psychology, look at the FACTS and see that there is nothing but positive that could come out of this.
1B patent sale or no sale and licensing (ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!)
BUT Kodak will still go up because the expectation is that Kodak has to give away the patents because they suck.
This is a value investors' dream- as safe as a bond!!!

if there's no recovery for shareholders like you keep saying, it's coming out of creditors pockets.. can't play both sides..
