Part of the message ( I will leave out other details due to liars, thieves and luatics masquerading as friends to the common shareholders)- We would be interested in representing the Official Equity Committee if one is appointedI will get back to you guys with more details when I have them. Where does it say that Blackrock, Cascade and Vanguard are still holding a %5 stake? Is there a document that lists what they are currently holding?

Guys, this POR is BS.. There's no freak way the judge will go along for the ride. I know just about everyone is accept defect. Remember, our shares are worthless. So, why batter selling it for pennies. If we go below 10c, I'm keeping my worthless shares. Once the court rejects this plan, I think i can get out with my shirt. Ok, I'm hoping and have faith. There's no much options left on the table, If I selling for a nickle a share, I don't have left anyway.. who's with me?

"Yup, I will continue to hold until the sealed become unsealed, the redacted become unredacted, the KKP spin-off is known, and any other potential surprises are revealed."
Yes, so do I.

Message from TD Ameritrade today:
Eastman Kodak Co. (EKDKQ) on Wednesday will ask the Manhattan bankruptcy court for more time to control its restructuring. Kodak, which posted a $404 million profit in February, is a requesting an extension, through July 31 of the time in which it alone may file a restructuring plan. Last month, Kodak said it was on track to file its restructuring plan by the end of the April, as its lenders require. Still, winning an exclusivity extension would protect it from the threat of rival restructuring plans. Kodak says it's on track to emerge from Chapter 11 in the middle of this year "as a smaller but profitable company" following sales of its assets, including a $527 million sale of its digital-imaging patents. It has also closed $848 million in new financing from its bondholders, which Kodak says will help it continue working toward its goal of restructuring around its commercial imaging business. Toward that end, Kodak plans to use its remaining time in bankruptcy not only to prepare its plan but also resolve its creditors' many claims and shed its personalized imaging and document imaging business. Kodak, of Rochester, N.Y., sought Chapter 11 protection in January 2012.

I'll be honest, I'm beginning to think there are no buyers. Seems like all potential buyers are waiting until Kodak sinks. Sorry guys just loosing my patience. There is an ancient proverb that goes something like this: “If you sit by the river long enough, you will see the body of your enemy float by”

EK needs the UK pension resolved which the last show to be dropped and then unsealed all other confidentials docs to the public. EK needs to be view as poor as possible to get a reduction on UK pension. Agreed!

"It's very unlikely that there's another bidder for the patents considering how many parties this consortium include."
It is funny. There is no another bidder but offer jumped from 250 Mil to 500 Mil. I wonder, why?
The artical is B/S.
