I forgot to add...those 3 guys from Europe on yahoo board who wanted to buy worstless stocks support my theory very well. I do believe they act on behalf of buyer in order to spend less when buyout occur.
Next a few weeks will show everything.

Thank you. I see your point but disagree.
85% of new stock is not in the market yet. It will be available for trading in 5-11 months. So technically buyout of old stock is possible, imo.
KKR would never buy new stocks, because it would be to expensive to pay over $100 per share. There are 42Mil shares, and total is going to be $4.2BL. Why I am talking about $100, because otherwise creditors (current owners) would not agree to lose $3.2BL ($2.8BL plus $400MIL). Creditors owned 34MIL shares, so they would be agree to sell company for the price of about $100. Otherwise it must be hostile takeover. It would be insane for KKR to pay over $4BL to get the company.
I believe KKR will buy old shares. It makes sense for KKR and creditors.

NEVER. EVER!
He increased his offer 3 times!
Instead you printed STRONG SELL in your sentiment 18 times from September 04 via September 06 in yahoo board.
OK, I could accept your explanation as mistake, 2 or 3 times, But NOT 18 times!
It seems your bosses keep you hungry to be angry.
Pure entertainment, doggie? Yes, sure.

My answer is NOLs. Over a $4BL by September 2013. $2.8BL debt to creditors. Positive number $1.2BL. Old shareholders will be paid and company will be private.
Now your turn. WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE DAY AND NIGHT?

I knew you are working for $9 per hour...
Goddie, it is not about me, I could make wrong pick (not this time) but WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?
Ok, I will answer instead of you. You want honest people to feel hopeless and not be united to save their rights.
You bosses want to steal multibillion dollar company and make everyone that it is normal.
You velvet helps them for the money and you have NO IDEA that Karma one day/life will return you all pain that you stupid and miserable person created.
1% does not want people stay united. They use such dirty and non smart people as you (part of us) to get what they want.

Hey Velvet,
the purpose of your posts is so obvious that instead of misleading people you do quite opposite. Now everyone I know in this blog and out of it sure that there is something else behind the scene. Your bosses should have fired you long time ago, but you probably don't claim for good pay off, that is way they keep you as a HALF BRAIN HARTLESS AND SMAMELESS WATCH DOG. I see that you can hadly find another good and honest job...
Now is your turn, go ahead give me at least one smart reason what are you doing here after more than 1 month of stock cancellation. Please think twice (if you can do it even once) before you say anything.

I believe in buyout in the next 2-4 weeks. So we will get paid for our shares. This blog is important for those who sold thier shares and is going to form class action.

If there is large annual revenue available from retained licensing agreement (let’s say $400ML per year for 5 years) starting from 2014, then "big guys" MUST buy the company, and make it private. Otherwise in 2014 this info would be available to public and many people would be sent to jail.

"What is the difference when it starts to trade on the NYSE/NASDAQ... you can already buy and sell the shares" There is a ONE and HUGE difference,it calls CREDIBILITY. Now I am telling again, there is a big reason for KKR to buy old shares - NOLs. IT is defenetly NOT a $700ML. It is more than $3.4BL. www.kodak-shareholders.com/__Blog/kodak-nol-net-operating-losses-analysis-as-performed-by-kodak-shareholders/1. Kodak had $4,396M net operating losses (NOL’s) and $730M tax credits on Dec 31, 2012. This and other deferred tax assets provided Kodak with a total net deferred tax assets of $3,377M. Kodak assumed a $2,838M valuation allowance to reduce this number to $539M. The reason for this valuation allowance was Kodak’s unprofitability in 2012 and the previous years and the projected continuation of the unprofitability.
