Anybody going to load the boat on Friday? Current Market Cap is 900M, and we all know that this company is worth much more.

Kodak is (in my opinion) the most mispriced security in the market right now...
If a BS company company like zynga is valued at 3 billion (market cap) kodak should be valued at least as much.

All the rest of the stock is held by insiders (77% held by 6 firms) and people who registered for the 4(2) rights offering (that are legally obligated to hold the shares for 6 months in the form of a stock certificate)."
I wonder why Kodak needs insiders to hold shares for 6 months. It is NOT over yet.

I just want something to be said, are you suggesting that current kodak shares will be wiped out (ekod soon to be kodk)... because that is the only way that you could be correct.
Dont use my own quote to try to rationalize your delusions...
"I wonder why Kodak needs insiders to hold shares for 6 months."
Facebook did the same thing, as do almost all IPO/SPO's... Insiders that got stock at preffered prices are not allowed to sell. This stock is trading.
You have been wiped...

Facebook did not come out from bankruptcy.
6 months time frame gives the legal opportunity to turn things back.
The one who earned Millions $ could loose, but it is not about you because you are paid basher and get paid from your supervisor.
You look like a hungry dog. Bashing cancelled stock all day long. What happened? Did not get the bonus from your boss?
You cover Franz and get nervous every time when his name mentioned.
You don’t act as a winner. You act as a watch dog.
You are proven liar many times.

I always thought that the reason for the restriction was to let the backstop partners dump their shares without letting other people dilute them.

You are proven liar many times. You're still a delusional loon. How you haven't been locked up yet is beyond me. Then again, you are a source of constant entertainment. Tell me, how does Franz plan on buying all of those shares? Are you going to send him a used napkin with a hand written agreement on it? You keep shouting your conspiracy theories but you never offer a single example of how you think your ideas will play out. There are no trades any more of the old Kodak, it doesn't exist and it hasn't existed since September 3rd. You and your three European buddies can go around pretending to buy up all of the imaginary stock you want, it will not change your standing in any court settlement even if you manage to squeeze a few pennies out of the new Kodak.

Hey doggie, don't play chicken. Franz is your buddy, not mine. 18 sentiments of strong sell - remember?
Who do you think wrote below a few weeks ago:
The way it works is:
1. You go to your banker and tell him that you want to sell shares OTC (over-the-counter).
2. You tell him my account data
3. The you quote the number of shares you want to transfer (i.e. 350.000)
4. The tell you banker the price you want to have (i.e. 0,002 $ per piece)
5. You give your account data to me and I contact my banker and give the same information to my broker.
6. Shares are transferred in a OTC-trade (over-the-counter) and the money shows up on your account instantly.
Is your account located at a US-American bank? In this case a transfer of your position via account transfer like described above does not work. We would have to agree to a purchase contract privately and then I would send you the money.
Enjoy doggie!

Enjoy doggie! What is your obsession with those Strong Sell sentiments? That is my default, not the result of some vast conspiracy. Get over it. Your above post still makes no sense. Unless your broker is a total idiot you have no shares left in your account. Mine disappeared from Fidelity within a couple of days of September 3rd. The shares do not exist anymore, there is nothing to trade. OTC or not, they're gone.

KODK not seeing a bump today, even with UNXL announcing InTouch PO this morning? Maybe tomorrow? I think we will see 23-24 a share before we move up... Personally I am going to put a few dollars in at that point. When the earnings come out we might see over 30 a share, but in the short term a small dip. JohnD, if you want email me at my yahoo account to talk Kodak if you are still in. Goldentouchbronx@yahoo.com me a few other people bounce ideas off each other.. For example, in ameritrade Kodak is non-marginable, but in etrade it is marginable.

got 5k to load the boat. just waiting for the right time to board it would be risky to show good earnings. the next few quarters... they just rob some us back in beginning of September. I like to see a slow drop back to the offering price of $11 and change.. LOL!!!!
