Does Kodak use Kodak printers in their offices? Do they have laser printer models? Surely announcements and lunch menus don't get printed on the BIG printers that would be silly!
(Although the ability to set up a big digi printer fast enough to print random crap people do would be pretty awesome i suspect)

Most of the printers - I assume you are speaking of the office type - were HP Multi-Function printers. Printer / scanner / copier units. Most were department based - and nearly all were B/W only. About the only people who used them were bean counters for reports and stuff.
Most people didn't print anymore - meetings were PowerPoint based. People who needed copies were sent PDFs.
Directors and above generally had access to personal printers - and these were obviously Kodak - for printing sensitive information, etc.

I was indeed asking about the office type.
How strange, I'd think that if I was in the printer business... I'd make a printer my own departments could and would choose to use over others.
I'm just saying, that should have been a tell way back when.
Now I'm not expecting any kind of serious discussion about kodaks office equipment, But as Neon Deion would say "Come'on Man!" ;p
It'd be like ford using a chevy delivery truck, Dell office computers being emachines, Apple corporate phones being android based! etc...

Agreed, but you have to remember two things: 1) Kodak only got into (or rather BACK into) the personal printer market several years ago, and 2) Kodak does not make department-level MFPs (multi-function) printers.
On the other hand, I thought it was strange they'd pick HP printers, as HP and Kodak - in the commerical printer space - are mortal enemies.
But I'm sure - like everything else - it came down to money.
