Please everybody feel free to write the new CEO and bring Mr.Clarke up to date on how you believe Kodak screwed it's loyal shareholders. Maybe copies of the letters to the court from shareholders would be appropriate to send him. I bet he really has no clue what this company just did.

Please everybody feel free to write the new CEO and bring Mr.Clarke up to date on how you believe Kodak screwed it's loyal shareholders. Maybe copies of the letters to the court from shareholders would be appropriate to send him. I bet he really has no clue what this company just did. What exactly would you consider a "loyal shareholder"? A shareholder is someone that "shares" in the risk of the company and in turn is entitled to any gain/profit that is made. Kodak had 7 billion in debt and 4 billion in assets. Yes we can argue that they had "hidden assets" but I will argue then why is the price of kodak at under 1.2 billion market cap? Kodak used to have 7 billion in liabilities now they have 2 billion (5 billion value added) When kodak sold new shares they sold over 400 million in shares. (another 400 million added to assets side) According to you, the new kodak should be worth OVER 5 billion. If you believe that is true, you should buy every share you can get your hands on (personally I would buy the options but that is me)until we reach 50-60 a share. Because according to you the new kodak should be worth about 130 a share (or over 5 billion market cap). Personally I think kodak might be worth over 60 a share, but not because of what they are doing now. Kodak is still LOSING MONEY.

You nailed it "hidden assets". I think any attorney worth his salt would be able to find the truth and more money for all and that includes the shareholders they screwed.

Jeckson- you are missing the point... if what you are saying is true, BUY THE CURRENT SHARES. According to you they are way under priced.
Better yet, but the options... if the shares go to 40 in the next 6 months you can make 4X your money. Let me know if you want to know how.
