It might be many reasons for delay, imo:
1. To avoid the accusing of collusion between Kodak management and buyer. 2. Get more Nols, as Kodak is still losing money. 3. Try to buy more old shares from their German staff (now it is impossible) 4. All the issues finalize, as you said 5. etc…

While we all still waiting the outcome with Kodak, I would recomend to check gold market/miners. anv. Allied Nevada Gold Corp. I expect gold will hit more than $2,000 per ounce when US economy goes down.

Hello all. Noticed an article last night dated 12/23 in the D&C Chronical. It said that the EPA has still not signed off on eastman business park and that the deadline has been extended into 2014. Sorry cannot link. To the haters I do not expect this to help us at all. I pray for justice.

Kodak, state, EPA still talking about cleanup fund Steve Orr, Staff writer 9:29 p.m. EST December 23, 2013 copy and paste in part(more at below link) ... "The parties had faced a Dec. 31 deadline to obtain a thumbs-up from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, but EPA spokesman John Martin said Monday that they've agreed to an unspecified extension into 2014. At issue is how much money must be set aside to cover future environmental work at the 1,200-acre business park in Rochester and Greece. The park, home to Kodak's manufacturing operations for a century, was marred by countless chemical leaks and spills, prompting federal and state enforcement actions in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Since then, Kodak has spent hundreds of millions of dollars on remediation and environmental improvements, but some cleanup and long-term monitoring remain.
