You would think that the judge would be a good display of justice.
You could tell that he couldn't wait to get this case off his desk.
The fellas mounted a last charge to stop this robbery.
if you are blindly approving a Billion dollar worth of re-org. costs, and
you can't wait 30 days for a interdependent evaluation on patents?
I'm sure others can think of plenty of wrong doing in this case.

The guy is a moron and shows it when he states that a company with 830 million in cash should not be paying 240 million for a BK. Almost all of those fees have already been paid in the process of the 18 months or so they were in BK... but it is part of the process to have to approve the payments at the end of the BK. Included in the BK charges are patent litigation, selling the patents to the consortium, the KPP settlement, ect....

Insider trading is still in trouble of kodak. No matter how long it would take. They will have to pay for violation.
