I forgot to add...those 3 guys from Europe on yahoo board who wanted to buy worstless stocks support my theory very well. I do believe they act on behalf of buyer in order to spend less when buyout occur.
Next a few weeks will show everything.

My dear friend Rub, I hope I am wrong again but can find no document or example of such a thing as you have mentioned. Maybe you can find an example or maybe it's never been done yet and is somehow possible.
Even if an example is found I am sure it would be a very limited number, meaning that it rarely happens. Therefor, reason leads me to think the odds are very unlikely even if some remote chance does lay somewhere deep inside a law book.
Having said that, I would be very pleased to be proven wrong.
Having looked into a series of studies regarding how our brain functions when making decisions I would tend to think the more reasonable response would be to foster ideas that supported my hopes. Instead my thinking and reason allows very little room for the old shares to get any meaningful distribution. Because my brain should be wired to think there is a better chance and yet I still think this way in contrast; it further reasons the likely outcome would be even smaller than my hope.
If I were to gain any hope at all it would have to be in the form of some document that shows it would even be possible.
A better and maybe healthier stance would be to invest any hope in litigation. Even then I would not put a great deal of time or resources in to the endeavor because the outcome would likely be minimally rewarding.
For me, I can make a better interest in pursing other opportunities but remain available to provide some support to this or any other cause asked of me. I just will no longer be consumed by it and will focus more on giving that time to my other concerns.
Rub, if you need anything or just want to talk you can call me anytime. Last time it was my wife's b-day party so I couldn't stay on the phone with you very long but I am thankful for our contacts and do wish you all good things.

We have over 300 "GUESTS" reading our board every day.......somehow I think somebody is worried.......as they should be.......albeit class actions will not be made public until the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted. Saddle up cow boys and cow girls......we got a long ride ahead....... While I think your still showing signs of paranoid delusions, at least you're inside the legal realm of possibility. I use to think Rub was a troll, but now I think he is completely off the reservation. That, or he has a complete absence of knowledge of US law. Kodak has new owners, there is no buyout based on old shares. Old shares no longer exist, they were cancelled September 3rd. And no, three German guys asking to buy shares a month ago does NOT constitute proof of anything. Go call your broker and tell them you want to buy EKDKQ, get back to us with their response.

You could see different number in ameritrade - $1B. Yahoo shows $7.26B. Joke!
Our time is coming up... we are closer and closer to buyout EKDKQ. And it will not be a joke this time.

Paid bashers occupied yahoo. They play ping pong with each other. One is "stupid" - msieksog, and the others are "smarts". Thank you guys keep playing. We know it is NOT over yet.

Currently, the Company's stock is trading under the ticker symbol EKOD on the OTC exchange. The Company will determine on which major exchange (NASDAQ or NYSE) our stock will be listed and will communicate that information when it becomes available. ek.client.shareholder.com/faq.cfmKodak needs to get updates from Golden "expert".

I do not have any hope for that Rub, but I hope you are right. I now believe this stock had to be cancelled. It is my opinion now (based on my knowledge from my previous post} that the people shorting Kodak were the same people shorting the airlines back in 2001.

I see your point...but respectfully disagree.
I do believe KKR was not here for a long time just for "poor entertainment".
I do believe that Poison Pill was not issued for "poor entertainment".
I do believe that owner of old stocks will save the NOLs ($4B)
I do believe in large annual revenue in sealed Retained Patents Lisencing Agreement.
I do believe that it is higly unusual that new owners (creditors) agreed for new CEO - Mr. Perez.
I do believe that 3 guys from Europe were not buying cancelled stocks for "poor entertainment".
I do not believe that paid bashers posted 18 sentiments of Strong Sell for cancelled stocks just for their stupidity.
And many more... Connect all dots.

Well said Rub, and point taken. I will say this though. A year ago there was more than one article that I read that estimated that there were at least one biliion naked short shares of Kodak stock. This stock had to be cancelled. Just think what would have happened to those fucks if it wasn't. To da'moon and beyond. would have been an undestatement.
