trading at 21 a share.
I see $40 in the next 4-6 months...
And for all the old longs that are about to say that this is shareholder money being given to bondholders, the stock was given a 500 million market cap, stock needs to go to $75/share (or over 3 billion debt wiped out and 450 million IPO) before shareholders would/should have seen a penny.

I guess you didnt read the second part where I say the shares would have to be around 72 a share before there a market cap anywhere close to where shares would get any value (this is just meaning market cap is 3billion and that is the amount of debt that was cut, without interest).... plus the 400 million in extra cash from selling shares. You just read half the document and take away only what you want. If shares trade at 150 a share I can still make an arguement to why shareholders where shareholders should get wiped out.... bonds got paid .05 that means the shares would have to go to 240 (or 20X) a share before bondholders (that were not eligible for the 4(2) rights offering)break even... understand?

I will assume that your mobile app still thinks that there are 272 million shares (the old share count)
23 X 272 million = 6.2 billion
Guess you don't use an Iphone

Enough of your bullshit golden. We longs got hosed. IMO, Gropper, S&C and Lazard had EK on a fast track out of BK. You know it, we old longs know it, and EK knows it. EK was worth much more than they disclosed in their valuation statement. Question for you: Why did Gropper take a submitted valuation statement from Lazard, that Lazard admitted came from Kodak, and that they themselves (Lazard) took Kodak at their word for their value and never dug any deeper as to Kodak's value? We shareholders submitted and presented our own documents as to Kodak's value. What did Gropper tell us? "You shareholders haven't proven anything". Excuse me you short sighted Judge, but did Kodak or Lazard prove their value? Hell no!! He took their word and didn't give a shit about ours. Did Gropper really expect Kodak to be honest as to their value? If Gropper wasn't part of a fast track team, why wouldn't he, at the least, have an independant valuation study completed? I'll tell you why. Because it was a four ring circus from the start.

Your "expert" was a joke and was no more effective than some random person pulled off of the street. The biggest factor was you had no capital to back up your position. This is a multi-billion dollar deal, the judge would have been negligent in his duties if he had jeopardized it based on a small groups that barely had two nickels to rub together. If you had shown up with a $2 billion to back your position then I'm sure the judge would have taken you much more seriously. Apparently no one else in the business would shared your view of the vast value of Kodak, otherwise they would have snapped it up.

You guys are just to funny.
You think that if there was any value to be had big investors (Ichan, Buffet, Ackman and countless others) would pass by the investment?
Kodak wiped shareholders and paid bondholders (2.8 billion worth) 4-5 cents on the dollar IN STOCK. Then sold another 85% of shares for 406 million, adding over 3.02 BILLION in value to the new Kodak (as opposed to the old Kodak).
Lets see if any of these big boys come to buy these shares at a (under) 3 billion valuation for the company, which would STILL leave shareholders without seeing a penny.
In order for shareholders to see a return, shares would have to sell OVER 72 a share. 72 a share means that Kodak would then have paid off all its debt.

I think it is slated to trade on sep 30th (Monday). I think there will be a bit of a drop in price then, when all the people that had bonds sell their positions into the market.
I still have my bond position, and I think on Monday they will trade them for the shares.
I currently can only trade the shares that I have paid for in the 1145 rights offering.
Anybody that signed up for the 1145 rights offering was somewhat bullish on the stock otherwise they would not have invested in the IPO... people that were forced to get paid in Kodak stock might not be as bullish (people getting the stock next week).
If you are looking to put a few dollars in I would do it after they trade on NYSE/NASDAQ... then all the weak hands will have an opportunity to get out. But that is just an opinion.

Hvapg- in my opinion, if you already bought keep your position...
There is such a small float, that the shares don't have anywhere to go but up. I estimate that (at least) 83% of the shares are locked up, between insiders and 4(2) shares.
Almost all purchases are hitting the ask, and each sale is for over 10,000 shares (average). This seems like some big boys are accumulating.
But hey, more power to you whatever you wish to do. I do think it will dip just a little on Monday.
