I think Rub stated about law suits.. I think we need to find a firm that will take this case based on contingencies. I would not loose focus on what area of focus should the law suit based without having a consultation with one of the blood suckers firm They know how to play the game.. we simply don't have the resource or knowledge to play at their level..

I suggest during your preliminary statements that you refer to the judge as a lying POS and a crook. It should go over really well in court. I'm sure the judge hearing the case will not be offended in the slightest way. He or she will probably award you a summary judgement right then and there.

Yup AP is a asshole along with the BOD. Thing is it's old news. Very old news. Talk to a employee or retiree. Talk to a shareholder who bought the stock when it was trading in the $50 plus range and paying a dividend. Talk to a vendor who is looking at a nickel for every dollar owed. To think a person holding a share of stock after BK was declared was going to be treated any differently was just plan foolish.

No one is above the law. judge gropper closed his eyes and let the fraud and corruption go pass by. he is equally part of this scheme and will pay the price when the time comes and believe it will come in one way or the other....

You may be right subzerooo but it will take a whole lot of money and a whole lot of time. I think many on this board lost substantial money the way this played out so throwing more money down a possible rat hole may not be prudent. And as for the amount of time it will take, my grandkids will have grandkids before AP, the BOD or judge suffer the slightest indignities they deserve. The best thing one can hope for is to learn from this fiasco and move on. Where there is smoke there is probably fire and if you think you have some inside information that nobody else knows that is going to make you a ton of money, you had better take a moment to rethink the situation because you probably don't and the reality is somebody is going to pick your pocket.

Well said. If I learned one thing from this bk it is to flip it enough times if you can so that you can play with house money sooner or later. There were many opportunities to do that with EK and I did not take advantage of that. Lesson learned.

To think a person holding a share of stock after BK was declared was going to be treated any differently was just plan foolish. Agreed. Many people were screwed here and to think that as a shareholder you would somehow be place above the rest is somewhat disingenuous. The company borrowed money from the creditors to run the company and then did not pay most of them back. If you bought this stock after Ch. 11 was filed, then there will not be much sympathy. Its sheer gambling at that point. Not investing. If you bought it 10 years ago and you didn't know what was going on, well that's unfortunate. If you are an older retiree or a spouse on a survivor pension that is too old to work and you have lost part of your pension and all of your health care, I feel badly for them. They have few options at this point and they did nothing wrong. I just retired (as per the KPP sale). I will never get health care coverage from EK. But that's OK because I can still work. There are few guarantees in life. Death and taxes come to mind... But not much else. end of soapbox

Subzeroooo, I absolutely and totally agree with you, but remember, dishonor judge Rubber has the gun, and we are the powerless victim of trust with low voice. Rememebr, who has the gun is who has the power and who can justify from wrong to right, vise versa. This is called dictatorship. Kodak Shares are cancelled without EC = collusion between dirty crooks (dishonor judge Rubber + US Dis-trustee officials + Kodak BOD) = dirty justice All that I can do is to cry, wishing the bird will sing tomorow when the dirty sky is clear, and to cry again for dirty crooks who has over powered us, the share holders, and the victims of trust. Justice for share holders, real justice for the innocent investor of trust, clean justice, and not dirty justice please. good Justice Please.
