Ladies & Gents,
enough BS.. let me throw some # out there for your review..
since the 20th, we had 7 trading sessions total 345MM shares traded, if
50% of 345MM traded is accumulation, less then 10c avg. you are looking at 173MM out of 272MM in their back pocket roughly 100MM in the float
60% of 345MM traded is accumulation, less then 10c avg. you are looking at 207MM out of 272MM in their back pocket roughly 65MM in the float
If KB's theory is correct, they have 2 more days to rack up shares (Thursday & Friday).
The numbers are realistic and reasonable if indeed that's what's happening behind the curtain
It does looks like no one is even hinted to be interested from the outside.
All we have is an internal candidate KKR could emerge as a suitor.
This still puzzles me that no entities from the outside would at least top the 400MM for 85% of the company. I don't buy the theory of outside parties are block by the pill. They are in BK, all offers will be documented for the judge's review.
I think it's just a party of one at the moment and 2nd bid who tops 400MM wins the auction.

If KKR accumulated that much then there won't be any big flactuation in PPS since the 20th, we had 7 trading sessions total 345MM shares traded, if 60% of 345MM traded is accumulation, less then 10c avg. you are looking at 207MM out of 272MM in their back pocket roughly 65MM in the float If Henry is picking up shares, his getting close to his target

Seems that each morning there is a 'stop loss hunt' going on. The price drops drastically to knock out a bunch of stop losses and then rises. Only yesterday did I see any kind of sell off late in the day. In the last week or two anyway. Just thinking out loud. : )
