Jackson, for all the people that think Kodak current shareholders have value... the new company will have 8 dollars a share less debt (times 270 million shares). That is not counting the KPP deal, that is cutting another 1.5 billion and bringing 300 million in cash. The new company will also have about $20 a share in cash (820 million divided by 42 million shares) and that is if you do not count the last 200 million in financing that they received.
Worst case scenario, new shares will double in a year (Sep 2014). Best case scenario over 60 a share in 2017 (even if they miss their target by 20%). Any hidden value for patents and real estate would just be icing on the cake.

Oh and I don't think your "worst case" scenario is the worst case scenario at all. Worst case scenario is that the ongoing business continues to decline. Your shares fall just enough in value that you are unwilling to sell then tred water for months. Cash flow drops, EBITDA falls. Any remaining asset value cannot be realized because they are encumbered. Then a couple of quarters of losses followed by restructuring charge. Then chapter 22 or chapter 7. Now that my friend is your worst case scenario.

Fox cash net of debt is going to be about 100 million dollars give or take (not counting pensions but you said debt).
I think that you will see aggressive monetization of assets over the next 12-24 months. The estimates that are being given do not include Unipixel and kingsbury deal. Look for unipixel to change the name of uniboss to something Kodak related in the next month or so (as has been indicated in a press release).
Although I have agreed with you over the last year, I disagree with your thoughts on current situation.
Look for many one time asset sales in the next year, and look for benefits of the Unipixel and kingbury deal to start to show up. Have not seen too much about them in the POR/lender presentation, but at the same time you have Unipixel at 200 million market cap and they are dependent on Kodak.
Lots of potential, can not see this one resulting in a loss.

Question for you...who bought those assets in the first place? Also, who developed those technologies to mass produce touch screens? Did they just appear because debt was refinanced..? Can you at least start to appreciate the heist that has taken place? Just a bit like "Nazi gold" if you ask me...

I was a shareholder way back when and lost a few dollars along the way.
As for who paid for the technology how about the 3 billion in debt that is getting paid 5 cents on the dollar.
Stop blaming the world for your mistakes
