For me it doesn't take balls. I follow the money. that's what Mr. P was talkin' bout! www.youtube.com/watch?v=bJB9yEEmeDAI follow them cats. I read between the lines. Like when Kravis decided to lay his money down. Like when Mr. P said buy the stock. He wasn't lying. He bought @ $3 on the open market. It is pretty easy. If you wanna make money . . follow the money. Yeah, Perez's track record when it comes to the common stock and all of his option grants and restricted stock units sure has worked out well for him. www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/31235/000003123513000013/xslF345X03/edgar.xmlEverything that he has touched has gone down the rat-hole.

As the two sides examined the numbers, Kodak's current CEO, Antonio M. Perez, visited Kravis in New York and Roberts in California. He wanted to know whether they shared his view that Kodak's stock was undervalued and whether they intended to be long-term shareholders. Kravis and Roberts convinced him of both. "That was the key," Perez says. "They believed in the value-creation opportunity we thought we had." KKR also sold Perez on the potential for Kodak to tap its 51 companies as customers and suppliers. The two sides agreed that KKR would take two seats on Kodak's board and that KKR would deploy its in-house managers to work on new growth opportunities. An hour after the deal closed on Sept. 16, Kodak formed the "K Squared" team, which consists of seven Kodak executives and six KKR operational executives. The group, which meets monthly, aims to find ways Kodak can sell more to KKR's companies, ramp up its sales force, and make acquisitions. Since the deal closed, at least six KKR-owned companies have gotten involved in dialogues with Kodak about how they can work together. www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/09_51/b4160038935523.htm

Henry waited 10 yrs to lay his money down.
In the mind of Henry Kravis, what do you think he means by "long term" means?
is it the 26 months we know of or was he thinking longer?
you decide

Robot, You choose what you want to believe. It's the last card. Texas Hold'em..it's called the River.. You have to go ALL IN to see the last card. Perhaps, it's a fitting ending to with the River card We get WASH AWAY or SAIL away There's always a chance you could be wrong. that's goes without saying.. Besides, I don't have the same fortune on the line like others. KB 20MM Rub 2.1MM SBG 1M Robot 2.5M other another 5M all added together we only got about 30MM put away. they got at least 200MM Richie- are you serious... you think this tool (kevin) has 20 million shares of kodak? I will openly state if kevin posts a screenshot within the next 24 hours showing that he has 20 million shares of kodak (or more) I will wire him 10,000 cash. (forget about the fact that he says he is averaged under at about 40 cents a share). Bet both testies

Plus, SBG I am pretty sure sold out... there is a reason he has not posted in the last week or so. There are only a couple a people that think they are smarter than everyone else left on this board. I will also extend the same bet for Robot, but in his case I would need to see that he is averaged over .18 cents a share... $10,000 wired to you is you provide a screen shot of your "2.5 million in shares".

What percentage of the shares does that amount to. I can show you a screen shot of the 200k in subscription fee taken out of my account last month 3 weeks ago (and that does not include the free shares that will be given to me).

Also the government and lawmakers in general. Kangaroo Courts are just referred to in the song specifically. Kangaroo Courts were much more popular in older times, but we still have them today. It's a court case in which the accused is considered guilty before he really gets a fair trial. Now, who is the government and the court system to say that person is guilty of a crime while they are committing a crime themselves (Who are you to wave your finger)? Hypocrites. Kangaroo courts in the older days typically dealt with pot dealers and smokers. All the references to eyes ("Eyehole deep in muddy waters", "Got lemon juice up in your eye", "Weeping shades of indigo") all refer to the hypocrite being blinded by something or another and not being able to see the obvious: he's a "fuckin' hypocrite". Lemon juice makes you shut your eyes Indigo is known to represent intuition and spiritual knowledge. The hypocrite is weeping away their intuition and knowledge, until they don't even realize their own hypocrisy. "When you pissed all over my black kettle, you must've been high" You're the pot calling the kettle black and putting him down for it, or "pissing" on him. And it's obviously not with straight thinking or intuition that you did this. The lyrics here could either mean literally high, or maybe "you must've been high" just means "you were being crazy and unreasonable". Or both. Hell, I don't know. Ask Maynard. By the way, here's the definition of "cozen" ("You're weeping shades of cozened indigo"): 1. To mislead by means of a petty trick or fraud; deceive. 2. To persuade or induce to do something by cajoling or wheedling. 3. To obtain by deceit or persuasion. www.youtube.com/watch?v=XW0j0smt8fY

I don't have anywhere near 20 mill shares.
Unlike you, I have more brains than money.
If you had 10% of the brains you think you have you would still be dumb.
Do you understand?
I will never have more money than I do brains.
You have far more money than brains.
If you keep reading the news paper your gonna have no money and no brains.
Whatcha gonna do then?

Kevin- as long as we both agree you will never be as rich as you think you are smart.
You know, they have done many studies that show if you took all the money away from everyone in the world and made everyone start from zero (or a set amount of money like $10,000)... most of the rich people would become rich again and most of the poor people would become poor again. Has nothing to do with the money you have, its about what you do with the money once you have it.
People who think they are smarter than everyone else, invest in lets say kodak. The court has said it will wipe out the shares in 1 week, and people believe that there will be a white knight that saves them.
Making money is more about hitting singles and doubles then trying to hit a home run. One business man that I speak to once told me "It takes a lifetime to make a million dollars, but only a few seconds to destroy it..."

I bet that you dont have 20 million shares (about 1.2 million invested and about 10% of the current float), who cares if some idiot has 18k invested in kodak shares. What does that do for me.
