Those of you who have been here for 1 or more years know the real facts.
You are witnessing Securities Fraud.
Continue writing to the judge and to the Trustees, BUT there are 2 other major places that need to be written on a constant basis:
SEC
US Attorney General
You see people, these bankers have gotten away with this for so long, they have a cavalier attitude towards the common shareholder.
I had a nice talk with dmd on the phone yesterday.
He said something that was very true and profound.
Hs said, "Imagine if this would have happened without this website, and before the internet where we have the ability to pull down the dockets in almost real time?"
I agreed with him.
That was the way it used to be, before the internet. The only shot of these bankers being caught, is if people were going to the court in person, and requesting these documents.
They thought no one was watching, well we were watching!
AND we are STILL WATCHING, collating, and cataloging the evidence.
All we want is what is rightfully ours, NOTHING more.
Make sure you say that you are from a website where literally hundreds of Kodak Shareholders are gathered and have compiled mountains of evidence. We have done ALL the work for them.
Here are the major contacts for you to write to again:
Please download the foundation of our allegations- Docket 3774.
When DOCKET 3774 hits the Judge's court, all the shareholders should send a supplemental support letter to the US Trustee INCLUDING DOCKET 3774.
