Folks, PLEASE add your own ideas of who else to contact. Please be sure to already have their contact email and such ready to list with your post. Thanks! ;-) Need to help get the word out about how the US Trustee IS NOT living up to their responsibilities in this case. That is, their total disregard for the shareholders. Also, might want to mention Matt's latest mailing, Docket 3697 dm.epiq11.com/KDK/Document/GetDocument/2309909

Okay, I've now sent out something like thirty some odd emails to 22 news outlets. I included my main letter accompanied by links to two of Matt's submitted Docs to the court as well as the actual docs themselves attached to the email(s). Plus of a course a link back to this Board. Will continue with some more.

well done NY..
Any feedback yet from any of them? I'm sure some paper will need the content for a story. Besides, we are just stating facts not B.S.

Here below are the emails to whom I'd sent my letter.
I entered them all using BCC. You guys I guess could do the same thing. Just put together your letter, link to the docs at KCC and send. I mention 'Link' since I got back a couple telling me that they don't accept attachments. I'd send the attachments anyhow.

Make sure you send courtesy copies of your letters to the judge, trustees, or SEC in the emails you send to people like Angela Nash and Chris Veronda at Kodak, Matt Daneman at the Democrat and Chronicle, etc.
Right now we just have a tempest in teapot on this board. The dialogue needs to be expanded. Angela Nash and Chris Veronda are likely common shareholders as well. They are probably no more pleased about this than you are. There are other Kodak shareholders out there who have been holding. Find the way to reach them. An avalanche of letters and emails in the trustees office would be hard to ignore.
