not the patent sale imo.
without chapter 11 Kodak could not cut jobs at this HUGE rate. 4000 in 2012 and probably another 4000 first half of 2013.
another 4000 and they get a BILLION in savings.
Kodak plan for becoming profitable is CUTTING the bottom line. In other words, cutting JOBS.

Kodak has been cutting with a buzz saw for decades. Just check their empolyment levels for the past 20 years. It has not worked before and will not work now. Successful companies sell product. They don't cut their way or hope for litigation to get into the black.

They don't cut their way or hope for litigation to get into the black. Yes they did huge cuts but with the higher burden of retirement costs which ate all Kodak profits. With chapter 11 they will eliminate a big part of this.

don't mind the massive layoff to get the cost under control as long as we as COMMONs are preserve.
