I'm trying really damn hard not to. If we end up wrong, unlikely as it is, and our shares get canceled I'm going to have a lot of dreams to kill!

You and me both.
No idea how we can be wrong here.
No idea why they would continue to bring in more attorneys.
This latest group seems to me that they are dotting the i's and crossing the t's and coming up with the final draft of the deal.

I agree. It seems like we are getting much closer. Still have that Arctic Fox coat that needs to be tailored

Go big or go home. I've had enough disappointments in my life for them all to go south on me. (Missed Ivy League, Lost on Millionaire, chronically unemployed) Kodak is going to turn this all around. Or I am going to just say, "I've seen this before"

The past does NOT equal the future Mike!
I have made millions, and lost millions.
Many here are OVERDUE for a real score, that is what I have seen with the people I met here thus far.

I'm just curious SBG, and you don't have to answer this, but
are you like the greats who have made and lost millions, where its not really about the money, but about playing the game? (I know the money is nice, obviously, but is that somewhat secondary for you?)

In this economy you almost gotta make your own job. I got ideas but need a capital cushion before I take the jump, until then I punch the clock

Its ALWAYS about the money Mike, don't let anyone tell your otherwise.
But I do like the game too.

It's so true SBG.
I think a lot of people are playing the pennies right now, either because they're older and got wiped out, or younger and have no money.
I think when Kodak hits (as we know it will at this point) it is going to hit huge. If we are not assigned a value in a merger/buyout, and instead see a 4 B patent sale (which is the other alternative) I think this thing is going to overcorrect on the high side.
I cannot imagine how many shares will trade.
Guesses?

North of 50 million easily.
I really don't consider this a penny stock.
NO penny stocks out there have 4.5 billion in cash flow and assets like this company.
Most pennies are dogshit shells, with a few email newsletters behind them to create the market.
This is a very rare situation.

No kidding.
I came into this because it was "****ing Kodak for 20 cents? You got to be kidding me!!!!"
Only through this board and the service of you and many people smarter than myself did I realize what an incredible opportunity there was here.
