If there is no adjournment filed tomorrow, then at least one deal is done and will be reviewed at the 9/19 final sale hearing as scheduled.
IMO we may or may not have additional details within the next 24 hours, but we will know for certain if at least one deal is done if no notice of adjournment if filed.

Kodak must PUBLICLY announce the sale.
It is NOT possible to have a hearing UNLESS their is PUBLIC announcement of the key details such as the AMOUNT of the deal.

Kodak must PUBLICLY announce the sale. It is NOT possible to have a hearing UNLESS their is PUBLIC announcement of the key details such as the AMOUNT of the deal. Certainly makes sense since objections to the proposed sales must be filed no later than 9/17 (i.e. next MON). So, that gives potential objectors 72 business hours to file said objection leading into the 9/19 hearing. Is this correct?

Will they announce the figure of the patent auction tomorrow?
I have gotten so confused with the other timelines surrounding the disputed patents.

I thought they weren't going to announce anything until the 19th! Mike, you are right, it's getting rather confusing. So, Pro, or Psalm, will there be an announcement tomorrow?
