Kodak- Thanks for coming on such short notice Kevin. You brought your chain saw didn't you?
Kevin- You know it, brought 3 extra chains and 2 5 gallon containers of oil and fuel mix too!
Kodak- Good! Cause there are allot of things we need to cut. We should have cut some of these things 20 years ago.

Looks like Pro was right.
They are moving ahead on reducing Kodak's pension obligations.
That is another good sign that things are proceeding according to plan- either with Kodak solvent, or perhaps they're moving ahead on pensions because of an acquisition.

Maybe Kodak now knows how much money they have to work with to start buying out some benefits...

Walsh will help Kodak ELIMINATE the OPEB!
OPEB is NOT a pension obligation, and all of it except for the pre 1991 can be cancelled at the sole discretion of Kodak.

Pro do we have any idea how long Walsh has been working on Kodak issues? Does the court have to approve him first or could Kodak have been working with him for some time and did not want that out in the public. Thanks

Haven't started yet, needs Groppers special permission to practice in NY "pro hac vice" just on this case/occassion.
Attorneys must be licensed in each jurisdiction of practice. Walsh is not licensed in NY, and is requesting special permission to serve EK specifically on this reorg case.
