Yeah, I had noticed the alternation. ;D
Won't be long now until we truly know what's what.

Lets all hope those involved in the sale on both sides (seller and buyer/s) are aware of this.
Means nothing if just us are aware of this.

SBG SBG - The potential buyers and licensees are well aware of the market trends and the relevance of quality DI-related IP. I doubt that an infographic will change their minds. Furthermore, Apple would not unleash Steve Job's 'Hounds of Hell' on matters that were immaterial.

Logic, what do you deem the hold up to be in the patent sale?

Logic, what do you deem the hold up to be in the patent sale? Matt, I have answered this question before as have others, particularly Pro. You seem to have changed your position from a healthy skeptic to an unhealthy cynic and contrarian. For example, your recent quote posted on Yahoo says it all: If you are to take your own advice and 'prepare for the worst', then you will sell tomorrow and preserve anything you may have remaining of your investment. If however, you are still serious about the potential of Kodak, its current assets, and where the company is poised in the $600B+ print industry, then please re-read what I recently posted on Yahoo: When in doubt, remember this: .... and no Matt, I am not calling you stupid.

Thanks Logict. Hard to not be a bit cynical. Only the most MORONIC blowhards would say this has gone according to plan. I will try and tone it down as I am long and have no intentions of selling anytime soon.

I have found it useful to use this time to research Kodak's assets and the technologies expressed in Kodak's current business plan. If you do this, rather than focus on the patent sale outcome, I believe you will find it rewarding and, dare I say, assuring.

LOWER RIGHT HAND CORNER: 2005 Facebook introduces photo "tagging" the tool that made FACEBOOK takeoff to become the world's largest social media site.
Kodak INVENTED photo "tagging"!!!!
Facebook is INFRINGING numerous Kodak's KISS patents as are MOST other social networking sites.
