So, what say you true Longs? Have the supposed hidden assets been unveiled by the new Kodak yet? Based on the 10K I would say no. Kodak's numbers are abysmal, and no pot of gold was hidden under the Rochester complex. There was a lot of big talk during the bankruptcy, but I see all of the arm chair experts quickly disappeared once the music stopped and they didn't have a chair.

Yup, some thought EK silver reserves and other "hidden" assests would lead them to a big payday. Still after all this time I am still amazed at the number of people who got hosed by Kodak. There was nothing but bad news after bad news for years yet these longs were in complete denial and thought they knew something that all the analysts and everybody else did not know. I think it was a combination of blind faith, making a quick buck and not understanding that investing takes time. I mean even the minimal amount of research into EK and one should have seen that it was a house of horrors for the past 20 years and no one in their right mind would have touched it.

Did all those patents worth billions of dollars move from the old company to the new? Yes. Did all the property assets at New York business park and property in the UK transfer out. Yes All the old shareholders were left in the dark as it concerns transparency. The only thing left for the USA government too approve are the TAX CRedit transfers. Plus moving assets from the old to the new might demand a review of those assets by the federal government! Kodak management cannot run from being all smoke and mirrors. They have to deal with us if the government doesn't approve of the transfers. I do hold out for the best and trust me I am the one who is most patient. No worries but I am Not worried either. It was a matter of exercise and judgement. Spending 1 billion dollars in restructuring fees guaranteed us nothing! The last check mark to go to finish old shareholders off is the Feds. Approve or disapprove. Who bought the remaining shares in the last 4 weeks before the delisting? Lolol. If no approval is given by the feds a deal for the old shareholders( now bought by the dreamakers) have to utilize those tax credits! What's it worth to Kodak to payout us for those credits? I am holding out with my old shares but who cares? Nobody. Everyone sold out! I didn't Lets see how the USA govt deals with Kodak in the next 90 days. My stock belongs to a wide group of shareholders. You never know. The government might put on their own expert witnesses to assess those transferred assets. If I was the IRS I would. Kodak needs to be taught humility. Don't fool around with the IRS

You're like Charlie Brown and the great Pumpkin. Halloween is coming, maybe that is when you will get your riches. How is the beach house on the French Rivera coming? BTW, if the patents are worth "billions" then why did the patents that were really suppose to be worth billions only sell for $526 million? Despite what you may think, patents aren't worth something just because you say they are. Are you the same genius that was repeatedly claiming that each of the remaining patents was worth $1.25 million?

Your grandkids will have kids before anyone sees a nickel from the old Kodak shares.

The patent expert we brought into court said the patents at Kodak were worth its weight( billions) but then again how is that a small outfit was used to put Kodak into chapter 11 when J P Morgan or Bank of America could have done a better job monetizing old shareholders assets. It's a lifetime experience learning how corrupt chapter 11 is but I don't hold up hope for anything but transparency will be given. Move along move along, even the bankruptcy judge didn't think our expert witnesses were of qualification. It's a shame. Crooks always win!

In ‘Kodak’ bankruptcy, expert’s nonchalant attitude worsens damage to credibilityYes, admitting you didn't actually study the portfolio or account for the sold and transferred patents will always win you favor in the eyes of the court. Not!
