guys,
EC request requires the U.S. Trustee to submit a request on our behalf? how about asset hearing? Can the judge grant an asset hearing without an EC?
I prefer to have both presentation by our side. I hope the judge will not look the other way. Clearly EK current mgmt try to rob us.

The easy question have Kodak show the property taxes paid on each parcel based on the assessment value. It's all in the public record and Kodak records of taxes paid. What happen to the accounting firm on reevaluation of assets and liabilities? Questions and more questions. Fraud? Show me the accounting firms valuation for all of the parcels of land and then leave it out. Adrian

Does someone have the time to count the properties listed at ZERO? It would make the argument more compelling IMO.

Any chance that the land/site value is wrapped into the building/property value? I know it doesn't make sense but neither do the reported values.

Page 143-791 are nothing but patents. That's a lot of patents.
Plus the only property that I saw was located in the US. What about foreign property?

There are 13,613 patents listed here. But as we have discussed this past week, I do not believe that number is all-inclusive.

I believe Kodak sold the Canal Pond Park property a couple months ago to the SUNY system or to NYS.

What I find of grave concern in these cases is the 1+ BIL in cash is conveniently being salvaged to fund Kodak's future operations whilst allocating NOTHING to shareholders. The POR seems rather full of pomp on Kodak's part.
